This is chera hope, it was not LTC Hope’s car you fixed, I would say that my husband was the one receiving texts updates and it was not his car, nor was he the person who brought the car in, nor left his cell phone for contaxt, it was me. so I thought it was strange that all communication was directed to him. Just a heads up for future, made me feel like I was bypassed as the contact person of my own car because he was the “man”. Perhaps it was because he is the USAA holder and this was a claim.

The car looks beautiful and I appreciate them washing it & making it look so nice. The only improvement I could note is getting it done alittle quicker, but I think a good part of that is waiting for parts. The didn’t think they were going to need to order any, but when it was disassembled, they saw that they did need some parts, so it wasn’t their fault that they had to wait on those. It was fixed pretty quickly after the parts were delivered here. They did a fine job!
