I was very pleased with the repair and paint job. Everyone one was friendly from the receptionist on up. It took them less time to finish my truck than what the estimated time that was given to me and they stayed in contact with me as they finished each step.

The passenger side fog light frame was busted and not replaced. I just ordered the part and will install it myself but other than that, everything else looked good.

The passenger side fog light frame wasn't replaced. Two of the three pressure clips were broken and the frame dangles out. However, it's a $25 part that I just ordered myself. Otherwise, the repairs look great.

I would’ve given my service repair (bumper replacement) a 10 but I found an issue with my right head light (condensation). I alerted the service manager during our walk around inspection. I was told he was going to order a part to fix the issue but it’s been a week since our conversation.

There are still scratches in places where I took video/photos of prior to the repairs.. not sure how or why that is.

I didn’t appreciate the constant comments about how there’s barley any damage to my car.. the damages were fixed, but I’m not sure how there’s are still scratches on the bumper, either way they moved quickly (didn’t communicate sending my car to BMW) but the lady at the front desk was nice.

The service was great. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The gentleman that took in my vehicle was great as well. My advisor Britney was awesome she kept me updated on the entire process. The best part was my car was ready 4 days earlier. The car was very dusty and dirty and the seatbelt wasn't looped properly so I have to bring it back. There's no emergency lock.
