I was lied too several times by the service writter and the vechical was still not repaired. I had to speak to the insurance company about fixing the Jeep outside of Caliber Collision and picked up my Jeep without the work being complete. My Jeep was in the your shop for almost a month and there was no reason for the lies and mistruths. I will be writing on your web site to warn others about the pit falls of doing business with Caliber Collision.

Everything looks good, the only issue was my Chevy bow ties were different colors, I had black and when it was done it had black in the back and stock gold in the front, which once I pointed it out they said they’d order me the black one for me like how I had it, so completely satisfied

As a husband, father and driver, we have over over 100 years of combined driving. Needless to say, I have made a few, ok a lot, of visits to body shops to have cars repaired. I was not excited about this visit at all. From the first call I knew I made the right choice with Caliber Collision. I was given very clear options to best fit my needs and schedule. I was very well informed by the gal who answered the phone. She was able to clearly and completely answer all my questions .Once I dropped the car off, they greeted me very warmly, we looked at the car damage together and informed me what the next steps would be. They even made arrangements with the rental car company to have my rental car delivered. During the entire process I received updates on the status of repair. The date they told me the cad would be done, it was done. When I picked up the car, I was shown all the work and repair that had been completed and it looked and is amazing. The car was spotless inside and out. I made a statement to the manager I hoped I never had to see him again for repairs, but if I ever needed work on any vehicle I own, it will be taken to Caliber Collision in Columbia

The people at Caliber were very professional and service oriented. The work was excellent. They were easy to work with and even cleaned and detailed my car when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them.
