My frustration comes from the very long process (3 months) it took to fix my car and the constant change in completion date leaving me guessing for weeks. The only reason I am rating a 7 is because Lizzie was AMAZING to work with and so kind through all of the frustration. She had great customer service and was trying her best to find solutions for me.

5 months is entirely too long to wait for a repair. Everyone point the finger at everyone else while I still don’t have my vehicle. Based on this I cannot recommend Caliber.
