From drop off to pick up, it went smoothly. Lizzy was awesome with updates. Snow and delays didn't stop the progress. My car was ready a day earlier than expected and transitioning back out of my rental and into my car was seamless with Liz taking great care of me. I'll choose Caliber next time also.

They left the spare tire out of the back hideaway and left it in the back on the carpet and got it all dirty. Now it won’t go back in right. The overall work is awesome! Lizzy was awesome about keeping us informed.
