My hood has chips all over the front, a scratch and paint splatter

Not happy with how my hood looks, scratches/chips and paint splatter all along the front and a big scratch on my back bumper that I don’t remember being there. I know there were pictures taken before. Otherwise everything looks really good and I’m happy to have my car back.

Initial check-in was a bit chaotic. Lots of people all had appointments at the same time resulting in delays, and staff misplaced our car keys for awhile. But, communication was friendly and timely, and workmanship appears good.

I have been very impressed with Caliber Collison. My Mazda looks and drives amazing. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. It doesn't feel awkward or embarrassing walking into the office to discuss my vehicle. The staff is well educated and ready to answer any questions. I love the communication. It meant alot to me when I received a phone call telling me certain damages weren't listed and the time taken to help sort it out with insurance to make sure I got my vehicle completely fixed. When getting personal items out, I was able to chit-chat with Kat like a long time friend. When I mentioned my pop exploding from the incident, she added the cleaning to my car. Which saved me a huge headache. This was hard; having my car in a shop after purchasing it only a few months prior. I am very happy to have her back, looking new and driving like she should!
