Very pour communication, I called to check on the readiness, was told it’s was being QCed when arrived the repairs were not completed due to miss alignment. The miss alignment was pointed out by myself, after pointing on the flaw the manager he stated it was due to a aftermarket part, then when I called out the second flaw he stated it should have been fixed correctly. Big question here is why are you waiting for the customer to point out the flaws when your quality team just inspected it. Very pour communication and lack of service on both the service manager and quality team. I brought back vehicle for the repairs and went through many calls just to get an update, was told on multiple calls that someone would be calling me back to confirm a pickup, day one goes by no call, day two I called midday to confirm a pick. All I can say is unbelievable. I will no longer be a returning customer. I have used Caliber Collision on multiple occasions and have gave reference to, must say I won’t be moving forward with the same. Feel free to call and we can discuss.

Not only did they do an excellent job and you could never tell there was damage. The manager came out took a ride with me went over everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you need Body work done

Caliber collision did an absolutely wonderful job repairing my truck from start to finish. The entire experience was professional, smooth and stress free. Chris, the manager was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly committed to great customer service. Ashlee went above and beyond and kept me informed through the whole process. Everything was handled perfectly. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and my truck looks fantastic. I am completely satisfied with caliber collisions work.
