The customer service I received was above and beyond. They were very friendly and professional. When I came to pick up my car it was pouring rain and one of them got his umbrella to help me out to my car and switch from the rental car to my car, even though I had my own. We needed both because the rain was blowing sideways. They also wiped down the console and vacuumed the cab. They didn't have to do that, but they did and that was a wonderful surprise. I do apologize to them that it was such a horror of a mess. Thank you gentlemen.

I took my 2021 Toyota Corolla to Caliber Collision after a parking lot accident caused damage to my hood and front bumper. The person who backed into me had State Farm insurance to cover the cost of repair. The process was super easy and the two companies worked together seamlessly to make getting the repair done as easy as possible. I just picked my car up today and it’s perfect. You would never know anything happened. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. Knowing that parts can be slow right now, I was prepared for a long wait, but it only took a week! Also a bonus—the dirty, winter-weary car I gave them came back to me spotless inside and out! Highly recommend.
