Hello- I need to speak with someone about my vehicles repair. The color of my bumper is not the same white as the rest of my vehicle. It does not match. I have a 50k Lexus SUV and I am not happy having uneven coloring. Please let me know who I need to speak with to get this corrected. Thank you

The shop did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way. While dropping off my vehicle, there was some confusion around a rental vehicle being ready and available to pick up from the shop. The team helped bring me to the local rental care agency so I could pick up my rental. I’m very appreciative of their commitment to service!

Disappointed with the repair.

One of the screws has came out of the piece going around the rear quarter panel over the tire. The black piece around the fender does not line up and the lotches that snap in place to hold it in place are not fitting.There is a gap in it and this piece must be an after market piece because if it was a genuine Toyota part I would not be having this problem.

I was not kept up on the repair process.very sketchy on information about the repairs and the cost. Was never told about the repair cost til I called and required about it. I was told I would be kept up on repairs but was not.
