I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the repair process was completed. Being able to leave the rental car there at pickup was extremely convenient. The repairs were very satisfactory, and while I hope I never have to return, I would definitely use them again if needed. I was especially impressed that the floor mats were cleaned—such a nice touch. Communication throughout the process was excellent and showed great customer care. I always knew what was happening with my vehicle and where it was in the process. Great work!

I was extremely pleased with an incredible job done by caliber. They took the time to get every detail perfect, and even went out of their way to make sure that I got my Subaru back after an injury. This is the place you want to take your car to get everything back to the way it was so you can get back on that road safely. I sincerely hope I have no other wrecks, but if I do, this is where I would take my car to get any bodywork and repairs taken care of. A Sure Bet! Five stars all the way.

Maybe if they actually send the correct updates instead of false promises and information and then tell me on the last day of my vacation that my vehicle is totaled then I would consider

They sent me updates every day saying my jeep was already being repaired and set on schedule and then out of no where said they found “additional damages” after the parts were already ordered and in and called a total loss. Doesn’t make much sense to me and I’m extremely disappointed.

The bumper valance wasn’t damaged and I told the manager to just use it because I had added lights to it so he knew I wanted it. He told his people that I wanted that valance but they put a new one on which was fine but they threw perfectly good valance in the trash. Now he has offered to buy me replacement lights and I appreciate that but that doesn’t take care of the wiring it takes to add them and the time to space and install them. Now the manager was excellent to deal with. Kept me updated the entire time. Other than the valance issue I have no complaints.

They kept me informed throughout the whole process. That was nice. The work looks pretty good. I can still see where I got hit though. Even though it’s just barely. I don’t understand why they repaired certain spots but that’s ok. Some of my stickers were gone. Not sure why. The only thing is they didn’t clean up their mess. Dust was all over the inside of my car. And some kind of residue on my windows and lights. That was upsetting. Not sure why they didn’t clean it.
