There was a aftermarket part that was installed that fit terribly and it was instantly noted by staff and was replaced a couple days later. My one issue was contact for the second visit. I was never called about a appointment or when the part had arrived. I had to reach out myself several times trying to figure out when to show up.

Someone called me one day from Texas and wanted me to bring my car in and I told them that Caliber had had my car for several days, so I don't know where it is. It was a mistake and they finally figured it out. That waa a little ffustrating. Caliber Bossier was very good.
