I was not told this location was only working with one Technician. Yes I would have gone elsewhere, but I could then have given them a 10 and recommend them for the honesty they gave me. Had I not waited to pick up a rent care, I would have had to pay put of pocket expense of over 2 weeks. The staff is friendly .

Excellent experience overall! I had repairs to the front fender added, during the insurance repairs on the rear. This was no issue and caliber was flexible in doing so. The repairs to my Avalanche look amazing look the day I bought it.
