My original estimate of 2 weeks was cut in half due to their work ethic to get my car back to me before my husband has major surgery. The paint color match was perfect! My truck was bounced between Killeen and Corsicana Texas due to the extent of damage that was caused by another driver. Caliber not only took care of the damage but they have my truck running better than it was before. We hit a few hiccups along the way but no one is perfect and mistakes happen. When I bring this to their attention (both shops) and please excuse me I am awful at remembering names but it was the female manager of the Killeen store and regional manager who responded quickly, got the truck back in and squared away the problem post haste.
