When we left we were under the understanding that the damage to the car and the damaged windshield would be fixed. We supplied the information you ask for and we did not receive word there was a problem with fixing the windshield until we picked up the car. Our insurance supplied us with a car while being worked on. With the car picked up and rental car returned. We have to make arrangements to get the window replaced. We were told they could come to our home or place of work to fix it. Now I have been told by our insurance that they can not do the calibration of brakes, camera with window this way. It will have to be taken into their shop and left or stay till the job is completed.

Mike Cortez is a great manager! He made sure everything went as it should and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I have no complaints and the truck looks like it did when I bought it off the showroom floor.
