First time with Caliber Collision and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I picked up my car on April 23, didn’t use it for a whole day and drove for only a minute before I got 3 different alerts on my dashboard. Called Ivonne and you guys brushed me off and wouldn’t take responsibility of it. I feel unsafe driving my car. It shakes when I go on the freeway including making a schreeching sound when I make a right turn. When I put my car in reverse, it also makes a rattling sound. Very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company as well as with the Better Business Bureau. I’ll also be leaving a negative review with you guys. Very inhumane as I’m sure you wouldn’t want anyone in your family to be going through this.
