1. When I picked up my car on 08/21, the work was unfinished or damaged. The windshield was replaced and the panel behind the rear view mirror attached to the windshield is now loose and easily accessible. I took my car to my Chevrolet dealership on 8/24 to get a second opinion. The service team there stated that it was definitely damaged during window repair. The front right chrome piece around the front headlight was not repaired and still remains damaged from the accident. 2. When processing my insurance deductible check, the employee ran it through twice which deducted double the amount from my bank account. Alex, at the location stated the it was the fault of the bank for not catching the double process on the check. That information was false as I contacted the bank and several agents stated that one check can be processed more it than once. I now have to rectify Caliber Collision's mistake on my end and I have to file a transaction dispute in order to get my money back. The process can take up to 2 weeks. My experience with Caliber Collision is quite disappointing. I question their trustworthiness. I regret choosing them to service my vehicle. I should have gone to my Chevrolet dealer's repair center as I would have been guaranteed the best in work and service.

While the work is great, the cost, given the actual repairs is highly excessive… bumper repairs should not cost 25% of the overall cost of the vehicle… no pun intended, but highway robbery
