My window button is falling out. There is a new scratch which looks like it was covered with paint poorly. And there is dust specks in my paint job from the repairs.

My Dad and I reported that the car ran rough after the accident. It was difficult accelerating from a stop. No issues like this were happening before the accident. The guys at Caliber confirmed that they needed to charge & jump the battery more than once to get it to start. Upon picking up the vehicle they indicated that they had it on a trickle charger over night knowing we were coming in to pick it up the next morning. They should have worked with us and the insurance company and advocate on our behalf. I get it that it was the original OEM battery but the accident did impact yge battery. We purchased a new battery and its been running good today. Also the code for a sensor issue when researched can be explained by a bad battery. Sorry but not happy with this aspect of the repair. The guys should have helped and advocated for us. They had all the information but chose the easy way out.
