After getting my Cadillac back, the car feels extremely tight. Gear shifter, steering wheel, and brake pedal as well as accelerator feels stiff. Break pedal barely has any give for me to press down.

Directing me how to submit my claim to the insurance company, making sure my rental car was set up, and being straight with me on timing of when it was going to be done. All with no BS.
