Caliber Collision repaired my 2022 Cadillac XT5, and I have to admit that I had some doubts at the beginning. I originally wanted to take my vehicle directly to Cadillac. However, after speaking with Edgar, he assured me that he would take great care of the repair and that the work would be fully guaranteed. When I met Edgar in person, I immediately felt a sense of confidence and peace of mind. From that point on, the service, communication, and transparency throughout the entire process were excellent. The only small challenge we experienced was that some parts arrived later than expected, which pushed the completion date about a week past the original estimate. That said, it seemed to be more related to vendor delays rather than anything within Caliber’s control. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and the level of communication I received. My car looks fantastic. My compliments to the entire Caliber Collision team, and especially to Edgar for doing an outstanding job.

It was such a great experience to work with the team at Caliber Collision. Everyone was kind and supportive, given the circumstances I was dealing with and it made the whole process feel less stressful. I would absolutely recommend caliber collision to friends and family, especially this location. Nobody enjoys having to get repairs on cars, especially unexpected ones. but they made the process painless as possible.

Jackie and the crew exceeded expectations with repairs. Absolutely flawless job, the car is immaculate and wouldn’t even know there was cosmetic damage before. I would recommend the shop to anyone i know that is looking to get repairs done to their car. Fantastic and quick customer service. Even completed the job almost a week before the estimated time provided at first. 12/10 job.
