Ive used caliber collision before they do good work there fair you don't have to worry about them taking advantage of you in my opinion in my experience I've had a great relationship with this body shop now previously I was using them as my insurance adjuster advised me this is a good shop and it is this time around it was not my insurance company it was the at fault insurance provider I made the mistake of choosing from there prefer certified auto body shops I seen caliber collision and I choose them not really realize that there not on my side as the customer there going to be on the side of the insurance company that they do thousands and thousands of dollars of business with totally understandable I get it so if your a customer thinking about using any prefer auto body shop that a at fault insurance company provides don't make the same mistake I made even if you have done good business with this company before there always going to take the side that benefits them the most financially it makes little business sense to go out of there way to help benefit a customer like myself who might use them every 3 to 5 years there going to do whatever it takes to help benefit the insurance company that provides them lots of work and financial gain I'm not saying anything negative I'm not knocking there abilities to do good work I'm just telling my story my experience
