Excellent! I was babysitting great granddaughter and unable to come pick up car until closing. They called and said they would deliver the car to me and take my rental. I really appreciated this service.

My adjuster was less than desired, Latrisha Valencia-Siaw. She was quick to judge without receiving all the information. On one occasion, she did not return my call, and I had to rent a vehicle without Country Financial Insurance’s assistance. The final issue is when I let her know that I would be out of town for the week on business and my vehicle may or may not be finished. Her only advice in an email was she hoped my repairs would not be done and Country Financial would not pay for extra days. I have the email if it will help in retraining this employee.

Was pleasantly surprised how quickly the hail damage on my new Buick Envision was repaired. A good day sooner than expected. My car looks like new. You wouldn't know it was in a hail storm. Very pleased with the results. Will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others.

Due to the way your parts are ordered, it prevents you from doing repairs in a consistent and timely manner. It took almost two weeks for my repair. Otherwise once it was completed there has been no problems up to this point. Your work was done well.
