The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Employees were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Richard was able to answer all my questions, explained the process thoroughly and gave me peace of mind. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile, every time! My car looks like nothing ever happened. Love that it’s lifetime guarantee as well. I’m beyond pleased with Caliber Collision and its employees from the Delano location.
