I had a really great experience with Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, Monica was welcoming, friendly, super sweet and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was their customer service, Richard was a great help and always explained everything throughout the repair of my vehicle. Anthony was also great and made the courtesy ride to the rental company very comfortable and nice. They made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, which is something you don’t always get. It’s clear they care about their customers, not just the work they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that treats you with kindness and respect.

From the Receptionist Monica who was always super sweet and nice, to Anthony who made the drive to the rental company pleasant and welcome, to Richard who was genuinely concerned and professional as he kept me updated on the status of my car.
