Caliber Collision in Easton completed the repair and their service went beyond my expectations. Heather gave me an estimated completion date of Friday, Sep 15. In my thoughts, I view this date as the earliest and it came to my surprise when I could have picked it up on Thursday! Due to work, I was unable to pick it up until Friday morning. While driving up to the location, I drove up to a well washed vehicle. Not only was it washed, but the inside was cleaned out too!!! This just solidified the excellence service I received. I felt the updated messages from Heather throughout the week, when she said she would give them to update me on my vehicle was great service, but finding the vehicle cleaned up, that was icing on the cake. Hands down, I would not hesitate to recommend. I was so satisfied with the service, I went to the Caliber Collision website to see what other services they provided that I was so satisfied. Specifically, I checked to see if the location, by chance, did tint work.

The work completed on my vehicle was acceptable, the only issue I have is the door does not completely close. I have contacted them and will be going back so they can reevaluate the issue.

First i would like to thank you for getting my brz back on the road, however there is white paint clearly visible on black mud flaps, the front bumper covers not clipped in entirely, black rubber seal between hood and bumper isnt uniform, and a new burning smell when driving. The fixes done look nice, but these points are why i am not entirely satisfied.
