I couldn't be happier with my experience with Caliber Collision in Elizabeth City, NC. From the moment I called to schedule the repair they were very accommodating as I had to reschedule a time or two and they were just so professional and friendly with great communication! Based on the trying to cover up the missing paint with a marker I cannot recommend.

Mirror assy was replaced. During the painting /reassembly it was slightly damaged. Areas were missing paint, and it appeared that these areas were covered up with a black marker. This came off with a simple application of Meguires quick detail spray. Leaving white unpainted surface behind. Doug at the shop said bring it back and they would fix. However this meant a day off from work and no car for a day so I have declined to have it repaired at this time. It’s one thing to make mistakes, it’s another to try and cover them up with a Marker.

My recent experience with caliber collision was great. My Ford Fusion was repaired so well, you couldn't even tell there was any damaged made to the car by the deer that was hit. Flawless repair job and service was exceptional. Great communication and updates along the way with the time and process of the repairs made to the car. The car was also repaired within a good time period, considering the repairs that were needed to the car. A special thank you to a Mr. Doug Coleman, that works at the Elizabeth City NC, branch of Caliber Collision, who was the man appointed to take care and see me through the whole repair process, to much credit, respect, and thanks from me to him for his clear, professional and high quality customer communication and service. Moreover, Thank you to all those employees of Caliber Collision of Elizabeth City NC that had a hand in the outstanding repairs made to my Ford Fusion. Thank you all.

Fair, the phone # on my advisor’s card was incorrect. They did not reply to my text inquiries about completion status. My pick up was delayed due to an internal issue between Caliber and the insurer. It seemed that I could have picked it up earlier and saved s day of car rental expense.

While my car was there getting a scratch repair done, I got notified that my car got additional damage done to it while on the property, on the opposite side. The details weren't given very clear to me of how the additional damage got there or what for sure happened. I asked for a picture of the damage and never received one. The representative thought he took one and didn't, and then the primer/work was already being done to try to fix it so I didn't get to see the severity of this additional damage that took place or a clear explanationof what exactly happened. I wanted pictures and a possibly write up explaining the incident, what happened, the damage etc and didn't receive anything like that. They did work on it to try to fix it which kept my car there a day later than the original repairs. When I picked it up where the additional damage and work was done wasn't to my satisfaction. You could still see paint specs,globs and spots and like it was rushed. I have to bring my vehicle back again next week now to get it worked on some more.
