My scratched wheels are gloss black. The the repaired wheels were painted flat black - mismatched with the existing wheels.

I was completely unfamiliar with Caliber before this experience. I will not intend to recommend Caliber due to this experience. I will encourage other avenues for service on cars in the area. Work quality seems fine. The window was installed and doesn't seem to leak. The turn around took to long for the service provided. Communication was below average, at best. I do not know if this is the 'status quo', for Caliber. If it is it is not striving for a high enough standard.

The ceiling cover was pulled out at the edge. Glass shards and pieces, slivers and up to 1" x 2", were not vacuumed up. These were in corners and under the floor mat.
