The installation is fluffy, so I have to send the vehicle back another time to get it fixed. They are still waiting for me to call them up to schedule. Also, the estimated schedule is a bit optimistic at the beginning, it turned out one day too late. The staff is helpful.

I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle each step of the way and my car was actually ready a day early. Just excellent customer service from everyone. Unfortunately, I’ve had to have a few vehicles fixed and always take them to Cooks/Caliber. Always a great job on my vehicles and great service.

The team went out of their way to notify me when schedule changes took place or parts were delayed. They also willingly attempted to assist with damage that was later found to be caused by a separate group. Incredible service!
