Everyone was very polite and professional. I felt that I was in good hands, I felt comfortable the whole two times that I was there. my hesitation is a result of my experience from question #1

the repair of the damage was good, however, reassembly of my car was incomplete. Passenger door handle (inside) was not connected to latch so passengers could not exit vehicle - fortunately this was remedied quickly by the shop. Recently I discovered that the highlight washers were not connected upon reassembly of the front bumper (I presume). Before the repair, activation of my wiper spray wet the windshield as well as the front headlights - now the fluid drains down onto the ground and the headlight nozzles only come out part way. Additionally, they seemed to have been damaged in the process.
