I would give more but the first time they called us and told us the car was done it was still jacked up. The licence plate was drilled into the repaired grill off center. The license plate holder was missing, the seal around the hood was missing, one of the front parking light holders was all scratched up and there was clearly too much clear coat put on. After the first disappointment they did make it everything right. Now the car looks great. Good thing we were paying attention because they weren't the first time.

Allison could have been more accommodating and less debative. Instead of coming to a resolution with repairs after a collision, she only complicated the process. Not at all impressed with her operating image, service, or garrulousness! A 7:30 a.m. appointment was convoluted because of her inept assessment. I know from experience and professionalism, she only made a simple process complicated to the point where I had to go back to have assessment communicated clearly. Not to mention concise parameters were reestablished with Pete. He was actually the positive in a negative equation.
