When I took the car to them they said I had to pay a deductible. When I told them I did not, the person checked the insurance paperwork and said "oh yes, you are right." When I went to pick up the car I was again told I had to pay a $400 deductible. I told the person there wasn't. She replied I could get it refunded by my insurance company. I therefore had to go back to my insurance company and request a refund. A step I shouldn't have to take if only someone had looked at the paperwork carefully. Also the automatic text updates were not accurate. A rep called me and said to ignore the updates and to look for updates from him. The work that was done looks good.

the person handling this case Lawrence did not communicate well at all and made it a terrible experience. Jesse did help a lot at the end but just feels like the entire process was delayed and took longer than it should have.
