The experience with this company has changed my mind about body shops. I had been to multiple places for estimates and felt like I would never get my repair done. Caliber collision was professional, quick and excellent work, they kept me updated by text the entire time my truck was there an got a call 2 days earlier saying my truck was done.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Although I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, he was incredibly kind and made sure my twins and I were comfortable while we waited to be picked up from the car rental company. Ms. Bobby also provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. My car looked amazing when the repairs were completed, and I truly appreciate the care and attention given to my vehicle. Hopefully I will not need collision repairs again, but if I do, I would absolutely trust them to take care of my car.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. My car was back to the condition it was and they made sure it was clean inside and out. The manager was great he was so helpful and took care of everything. When I first called Bobbi was super helpful amd made things easy to pick them.
