I would not recommend the Pickett Rd location ever again. Very disappointed. I have used the Caliber Collision on Fairfax Blvd as well as one in Alexandria and would use them again in a heartbeat. Not Pickett Rd. Never again

Cameron never contacted me in regards to my car repair until I emailed him after he’d had it for a week. He then said it would be with the glass technician by Wednesday and he’d contact me in a day or two. Never did. On Wednesday I emailed and asked for an update, he answered I’d have the car back by Friday. On Friday I called for an update, the receptionist said my car is set to be finished the following Monday. I was ticked off after that. I spoke to Melissa and expressed my frustration, and she was very helpful. She spoke with the technician and got my car back to me on the Friday. She was great. Cameron is awful.
