The car took over a month for repairs. When it was time to pick up car the car’s gas tank would not open had to take car back for repair.

Everything was great! Except I wish they would inform me the car was ready for picking up ahead of time. So that I could make a better arrangement to return the rental on that Friday, not on Monday after I did not hear from enterprise. I had to called everywhere to make sure Enterprise got the car back. Finally I was able to talk to enterprise person and she close the case on Monday.I got the text passed 4pm on Friday saying the car was ready to pick up. I dropped off the rental car there as told by enterprise I could. I confirmed with the person at the body shop that she would call enterprise for me. I don’t know what was the disconnection there that the rental car sit at the body shop since Friday around 5pm until Monday. Thanks god I call otherwise I don’t know the rental will sit at the body shop until when?

The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable (Trinity, Grace). Grace did a great job communicating updates on our repair. The car was returned clean and looking great!
