To be honest with you, I feel like I don’t know much about cars but when you drop your car off for repair and you are quoted $2,400 and then you get a call saying they found more damage and the price will now he $3,100, you don’t completely know what to believe. Not there to see it. I did trust the establishment at Herb’s and I expected prices to be higher since Caliber is a big company, but I do not have trust in Caliber yet. Time will tell. It’s a hard position for client and the shop. Ann
