Debbie is, as always, kind, and helpful. I used the new location in Fayetteville because Debbie moved to that location from Rogers! Matt was awesome, he kept me up to date through the repair process and made the repair experience great! This shop has the sweetest people! Matt and Debbie were so understanding when I had trouble with my insurance company and they gave me solutions that were convenient for me, not them. When I came in the get my car, Matt pulled it up to the front because it was pouring rain outside, and even walked to my car with an umbrella! This was such a lovely experience, especially as a recent college graduate that just moved to the area. They bring small town customer service to a big city, and they are so appreciated!
