This is the second occasion I take my business to this facility. First time they never replaced my rear view mirror (like the estimate stated), the door is not sealed correct so air comes in and it’s annoying while driving due to the sound, and they overspray the door and it’s super noticeable. Now, the rear bumper was not fixed correctly and the quality was very poor. The redhead clerk from the store on Raeford Rd said she would have a talk with her crew so they can fix the door and it never happened. This is a very well known company here in Fayetteville, but it’s only name and absolutely no quality.
