I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision, and I especially want to recognize Leland for the outstanding service he provided throughout the repair process. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. My vehicle was repaired beautifully, and I’m extremely happy with the finished result. I’m especially grateful because my vehicle is important to my livelihood, so getting it repaired correctly and back on the road meant a lot to me.
