Absolutely horrible service experience, how do you kill my battery, leave over spray on my car, smug the paint, get paint on my seats, foot prints with dust throughout my interior and tell me none of it is your fault. Utterly amazing level of arrogance, plus throwing the hardware for my front license plate in the trash. Need I say more?

Just to clarify Liberty Mutual, I had no major issues with Caliber. However, I logged 3 major issues with SafeCo that I have yet to receive a response about. I would never recommend SafeCo to anyone. The only reason I'm still with SafeCo is because it's saving my mom $700. Please give me a call if you would like to know the real issues with my accident. I was also rear-ended, and I was told to expect my $1000 deductible in the next 30-60 days. My mom got her car totaled this year and she got her check in 7 days. There seems to be a major inconsistency within your organization.

It took 2 weeks to get my car in and even though Geico insurance made arrangements through the one who was at fault, I never received a call. I had to call Caliber.

The staff is very nice and helpful, but I am very disappointed in the quality of work. It seemed rushed, incomplete, the paint color did not match. I did not even get to inspect every part that was repaired and did not get a full description of what was repaired. I received a final bill and received this notification that I received the car and never actually got the car back.
