Very friendly staff, very much appreciate the updates throughout the repair. The only reason I am giving a 9 and not a 10 is because there is a section of bumper where the paint was either chipped when the bumper was reinstalled or it didn't receive any paint. I returned to have it touched up. Outside of that I am very happy with the repair.
