The whole process was amazingly pleasant from the time I dropped my truck off the gentleman at the counter. Michael was absolutely fantastic in making sure everything was explained. Clearly the general manager was very helpful. Very considerate and very conscious of our needs. When a problem arose with my rental car, I would recommend caliber collision to anybody

Local yes,but not the call center. You have a communication problem within your organizational.

The staff was excellent and the techs did a great job on the repairs. What wasn't good was the call center that didn't know the address of the Caliber Collison Center in Fond du Lac,among other things.

Michael and the crew went above and beyond in repairing our vehicle. We were unable to coordinate pick up, so they worked with us in keeping our vehicle there until we could pick up-an entire week after it was finished. Upon pick up, they helped move items from one vehicle to the next and weren't the least bit upset when my 5 kids, 5 and under made a mess in the waiting area.

It may have taken awhile for the repairs, but the communication was nice to have. You didn’t feel lost. The repairs on my Kia are great. Looks like a new car and was taken care of. Thank you for your business. Would recommend!
