I was completely satisfied with their work. They did a very very professional job. But the original estimate of repair time of one week dragged out to 2 1/2 weeks. I understand there were things that were unforeseen but that’s really far off on the original estimate. But the guys were very very nice, very polite, very accommodating. I have absolutely no complaints with them or the work they did. I was just disappointed in the original time estimate. Their work was fantastic. My car looked brand new. They went above and beyond having to take out two dog crates that were anchored down in the car. They had me show them how I wanted the crates put back in so they were exactly the same way that they were before which I thought was extremely accommodating. They worked their little fannies off making sure I was happy with the end result. They went above and beyond dealing with my impatience and never once appeared annoyed with me!

My car wasn’t complete I even asked for additional services that I could pay for but was given an outrageous price from one and a totally different from another. My trunk even had a nice slash on it which I know for a fact wasn’t there. Everyone should be treated equally and efficiently.
