When I dropped the truck off was told everything would be fixed in about 2 weeks. Picked the truck up a day early due to other reasons and found out that a technician there had caused damages to my truck and never told anyone so I found out the hard way sadly And here I sit now going on 4 weeks without my truck waiting to b fixed with the damages that the technician had caused to my truck. Also the work they were supposed to do was never done fully to begin with parts that should have been replaced never were or in their words they missed ordering that part while they had it all apart and saw that another part was damaged by the accident Any other questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me 9205791599 or my email [email protected]

just need to work on clean up a little better i have some type of over spray on windshield i can't get off and inside was dusty in areas from sanding but other wise it over all was a amazing experience and the body work was great.

I’m not sure why but ever since I got my Blazer back there is a horrible rotten smell every time I enter it. Any advice on how to get rid of this? I’ve looked everywhere and there’s nothing that I can see spoiling in there.

for insurance claims it would make sense, but the work could be done faster somewhere else and for less of a cost if it was going to be out of pocket.

Work was good but it took a month to get in to the shop and a month after, i had rental car coverage for part of it but wasn't thrilled with the timelines

The only thing I didn’t like was they could not tell me how long it would take to do the repairs when I dropped the car off. It ended up being 10 days. They don’t order parts until they have the car, instead of ordering the parts and then having me bring the car. It seemed like they had a partnership with the rental car agency since they steered you toward car rental. Staff was friendly and I was happy with the repairs, just not the process.

I dropped my car off early in the morning (I work 2nd shift so 8am is very early to me) on a Wednesday and was told it would be worked on that day. It wasn’t worked on for an additional 2 days. Then they texted me Monday saying they were going to paint it but not for another 2 days. I told them I didn’t have a rental and I would like it fixed all at once asap or I would like to use my car still to get to and from work. They said it was fine to do that but then ended up just taking a long time. Overall I’d give the experience 7/10 because I didn’t expect to not have a vehicle for over a week.

Paperwork from the sub contactor for the suspension said the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The brakes were at 0%. This was not mentioned when I picked the vehicle up. You put my daughter's life in danger

When brought there it started fine every day then they couldnt get it started now to find out my starter is toasted.. apon picking it up the bumper has a two inch gap between the fenders, headlights, grill, ect
