When my door was switched out they forgot to switch the door lock so now my key doesn't unlock the passenger door. Also there was a run in the clear coat and when they wet sanded it out they sanded through the paint on the bumper. Lastly the door doesn't shut as well as it used to, you have to slam it pretty hard for it to latch.

The service was great other than one thing. On a Friday I was told I would be updated on Monday with the progress and did not receive any updates. Then on Tuesday my rental car company called me to tell me my rental was due that day since the repairs must be done, which they weren't. I had to call the shop to have them update the insurance company and rental company to ensure I still could use my rental until the repairs were complete This only caused a minor inconvenience.

The repairs to the vehicle looks very good. However, the transmission was now slipping which it did not do prior to the accident and repairs.

Amazing service. Loved the updates throughout the repair. Went to pick up my car and they had it warming up waiting for me, gave my car a car wash and even vacuumed the inside for me. Great customer service and such friendly faces. Will definitely be back if i have anymore damage needing fixing.
