Staff was so friendly and were able to help evaluate the issue the same day! When i arrived, they were waiting for me & met me outside. The part was ordered & i returned less than a week later and waited in the lobby less than 30”. I was offered soda or water and asked which Sirius station i wanted to listen to while i waited. They all took a genuine interest in what was going on in my life (just moved here from NC & in the process of renovating the house we bought in Elkhart Lake).

The part was ordered and arrived very quickly and i was scheduled to have it installed in less than a week. It took them less than 30” to get it installed and i was offered a beverage of my choosing and i could also choose which Sirius radio station i wanted to listen to. At exit, i got to choose a snack!
