Unfortunately, I am no longer likely to recommend you after this experience. I understand things happen, but communication is key. Ghosting me is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I am not able to rate as high as I would like to. My car was returned to me and threw up error codes within an hour of pickup. It was towed back for more work and I have had almost zero communication in more than a week. I am less than thrilled with how this is now being handled.

I was especially impressed with the way. Nina kept me informed as to the progress since I had to rent a car at my own expense. Also, the staff when I came in was very pleasant.Greeted me with a smile and we're very thorough and explain things to me as it went along. I was also pleased that you offered a pickup service on Saturday.So that I could return my rental car , and I could have my neighbor drive me over to pick up my car.

I was very pleased with my service for the repair of my vehicle.They kept me informed as to the progress , and they were also able to have it finished earlier than originally expected. They also had saturday pick up 44 hours , which made returning rental vehicle and getting a ride to pick up my vehicle very convenient

The repair work was excellent! The automated notifications were not the same as the actual phone conversations. The final delivery was delayed several times.

As I said earlier the repair work was excellent. The timing of when to pick up the car was not in sync with talking to Jen. It became confusing as to the exact pickup time.
