The car looked great- there were a few minor scratches that I was invited back to have buffed out. the striker lock on the hatch did not close all the way, but was adjusted prior to me leaving.

To many problems to start explaining.. They had my car for a month and a half. said it will only take 2 weeks. Gave me my car back with the engine ticking, the service light on and my car wasn't able to make it out of third gear. I drive a BMW... I brought my car back and had to bargain with them to fix it right.. wtf..

Yes, I would recommend Caliber Collision to a friend or colleague, and I would bring my car back to Caliber Collision myself if I needed further work. Rubin was very patient and kind....and I know that he worked very hard to get my car back to me as soon as he could. And, the two ladies in the office were always very polite and helpful, as well.
