Being being a stickler for detail I was very satisfied with the body work that was done on my vehicle. Caliber returned the look of my vehicle to its OEM detail. Sarah my service advisor is truly a genuine asset to Caliber Collision. She kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle through voicemails and texting. Josh made the process so easy. I showed him all the damages. I was updated with every process that was going on. He called me Thursday to tell me my car maybe ready by Friday afternoon and it was. You guys were quick with the process. I am happy with how my Chevy looks.

Chaz and his team worked on my car. They did an amazing job fixing it following an accident. Chaz told me that the car should be fixed by Friday 7/31/26 him and his team got the car fixed 2 days earlier and it looked amazing and he went through a brief explanation of what was done to the car and I also received a packet. Before getting the car back Chaz was amazing at keeping me updated about the car and progress and any questions I had he was happy to answer. Love this experience thank you Chaz and team for everything!

Service Advisor, Jenny Nordwick was amazing. She was personable, and explained the process in detail. She made sure I was informed about my vehicle’s status. Girls at the front desk could learn from her. They were not as welcoming and friendly as Jenny. Was impressed with the finished work as well as the detailing job done.
