Everyone was friendly and provided great customer service. Communication was a 10 I was kept informed every step of the way during my car’s repair. The reason I gave it an 8 is because the paint doesn’t quite match my car. It’s a bit lighternot very noticeable, but you can see it from different angles.

The Caliber Collision team was excellent!! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated through texts, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The best part, however, was the work. They did a great job!! I can't tell that it was ever damaged!!! I highly recommend giving them a shot if you ever need autobody repair work done.
