You guys did a excellent job. I was happy that I received updates daily on the repair status and got the car back when promise. I will highly recommend you guys to everybody.

The only issue that I had was that the alignment was not checked before returned back to me. The is resulted in me having to set an appointment with another shop and get fixed. Also vehicle interior was dirty/filthy. I had to spend $25 dollars at a detail shop to have interior cleaned.

Jarvis was competent. He was very accessible and easy to get ahold of. He answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. The front desk receptionist was extremely inviting and made me feel very welcome.

After multiple delays I found unsatisfactory work completed. They are still in possession of the vehicle for more work. While I believe they will make it right, having to find this after delays is disappointing.
