upon close inspection in bright sunlight I have found some defects in the clear coat. I have not taken the car back to the shop to see what they can do to fix these issues. sv

I understand that this location is new to USAA as an authorized repair shop but I was expecting my rental to be at the shop at the time I dropped off my rental. I asked the representative and called the day before to make sure all was setup. On the day of drop off it was not. Also on the day of pickup they waited an extra day to call the rental car company to return the car. That cost the insurance company an extra day of rental and that is not a good policiy to have.
